Logic model 2014
The FoodShare Toronto logic model maps out the annual program-specific inputs, activities, and outputs, as well as cross-programmatic short, medium and long-term outcomes and overarching impact related to the organization’s work. This logic model is a good reference for, and can be used as a template by, community-based food organizations working on multiple projects within defined program areas to achieve greater organizational impact.
