Healthy Urban Gardening: Impact of Urban Gardening on Public Health

The report describes a framework that was developed to study the associations between soil ecosystem services, ecosystem health, and human health in urban agriculture. The auhtors conducted a literature review to examine outcomes related to urban gardening that are related to human health, and the ways those impacts can be measured.The report argues for the use of common, standardized and validated indicators in order to assess impact on human health across many urban gardens.
