Participant Survey
The Local CFC participant survey is designed to capture information from participants before they begin a program. This information can be used to track changes in participants over time and used to evaluate if and how programs are making a difference. The questions asked are related to program participation and development, volunteer interest, and topics that are important to the programs offered, including food, friends, health and community. The result is a baseline measurement for program participants that can be compared to data in a follow-up survey after 1 and 2 years.
