Middlesex-London Community Food Assessment: Community Survey
This survey is intended to survey community members about their thoughts on their local food system. Questions focus on different food system issues such as composting, importing and exporting food, supporting local farmers, and food literacy efforts and have participants indicate how important they feel these issues are.
