Pioneer Ridge Home for the Aged: Food Waste Audit
This food waste audit was conducted at Thunder Bay’s Pioneer Ridge Home for the Aged. The goal of the audit was to determine how food travels through the Home and identify ways it could be made more efficient. Less food purchased means savings can be invested in locally-produced foods.
