Implementing the Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe
This report begins by highlighting some of the problems relating to the ‘current state of affairs’ and trajectory before policies were implemented to curb growth patterns. This report is a comprehensive review of the plans, and its outcomes, while questioning whether exceptions being made will allow for the achievement of the plans. This provides groundwork to facilitate critique and analysis of the review in 2016.
