Growing International: Exploring the potential of Ethno-cultural food markets in the GTA
This report on a study identifying the opportunities to create new ethnic food networks within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The data was gathered, and graphs and pictures are included in the report. Specific product demand was gathered, and provides a starting point to farmers looking to enter the growing ethnic food farming market by providing lists of products in demand in communities.
