Grey Bruce Broader Public Sector Institutional Local Food Project

Ten of the largest public institions in Grey Bruce participated in the Instituional Local Food Project. This case study highlights the SWOT (strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) of each instituion in relation to their local food purchases. Key themes including programming, local economic impact, and feedback to producers are included in this report.
