Food Loss and Waste Accounting and Reporting Standard
This document was developed by the Food Loss & Waste Protocol, a multi-stakeholder partnership looking to quantify food loss and waste along the food supply chain. The aim of the Protocol is to develop an internationally acceppted FLW accounting and reporting standard and to promote this standard, so that entities may be informed and motivated to minimize FLW.
