Ecological Farm Internships: Models, Experiences and Justice

This report provides the voices of farms, interns, organizations, and lawyers surrounding the debated topic of farm internships. Both views of the debate are presented through qualitative methods, and provides insight into the world of farms shifting away from industrial farming methods, and bringing education back to the land. Training organizations and methods are examined by interviews, and movements back to the farm reflect broader considerations when addressing matters of farming and farmland.
