Departments across Humber College Converge in Local Food Eforts

This case study highlights Humber College’s transition to local sustainable food, as a Mentee in the 3P Purchasing Program. Humber College is an important case study due to their involvement with their culinary program to showcase a local menu, and work on develping definitions for local. This case study also highlights the important of developing relationships with sustainability managers and campus procurement team to introduce sustainability into their Request for propsal.
