City of Hamilton By-Law No. 15-107
This by-law was passed in 2015 and amended zoning by-laws regarding urban farmers’ markets in Hamilton. The by-law clearly defines local agricultural products, urban farmers market, and value-added local agricultural products. Included in the amendment is the expansion of the areas where urban farmers’ markets are permitted creating a more food inclusive zoning by-law.
