City of Hamilton By-Law No. 14-273
This City of Hamilton by-law allowed for broader operation of community gardens and urban farms throughout the city. It redefines community garden, farm produce/product stand and urban farms. By-law 14-273 removes previously restrictive zoning and permits urban farms and community gardens in most areas with commercial or residential zoning.
