Alternative Avenues Local Food Pilot: School Gardens
This Case Study discusses how Roots to Harvest supported teachers, students and cafeteria staff to harvest, preserve and cook with fruits and vegetables harvested from the schoolyard gardens and then used in the Farm to Caf program as well as in the foods classes.
