Signature Salads: Careers
Over the course of this lesson students will: participate in a hands-on food and nutrition activity, using team cooperation to create a salad to fit a pre-determined criteria; explore and demonstrate culinary language in presenting their salad to the judging panel; and demonstrate culinary skills and gain a better understanding of the various career options related to food.
