BC Waste Reduction Toolkit
The “Residential Food Waste Prevention” toolkit was written by Tetra Tech EBA inc. on behalf of the British Columbia Minisitry of the Environment. The resource was designed to help local governments or NGOs address the problem of post-consumer residential food waste. It describes various program models and provides guidance for identifying suitable approaches, based on the size, capacity and priorities of a community.
