Scaling Up Urban Agriculture in Toronto: Building the Infrastructure

This report aimed at urban growers, policy makers, and supporting organizations provides an environmental scan of urban agriculture at the time of publication, and makes specific recommendations for improving both its quantity and quality. Five specific areas of recommendation are: increasing access to spaces, enhancing physical infrastructure and resources, strengthening the food-supply chain, sharing knowledge, and new models for governance and business planning
