Access: Identifying Processed Food Origin

Discussions in this report were centred on the absence of a generally acceptable definition of Ontario Processed Food (OPF) in the food industry, other than that provided by Foodland Ontario. Tracking the source of raw ingredients for OPF and ways to improve OPF were also discussed.
