Are you interested in entering the wholesale market with your products?

Join the Rural Agri-Innovation Network (RAIN) and the Thunder Bay & Area Food Strategy for Wholesale connections: Building producer-institution partnerships on Thursday, April 6, at 12 p.m. ET.

The online event will offer the opportunity to hear from three producers who have experience negotiating with wholesale buyers and have successfully established relationships with institutions procuring food.

Jeff Burke of Brule Creek Farms (Flour, Canola Oil Products), Mike Visser of My Pride Farm (Veal), and Peggy Baillie of Three Forks Farms (Vegetables) will present on how they’ve made entering wholesale markets work for their farm businesses.

Speakers will describe their successes and challenges while sharing their strategies for overcoming barriers to getting their product into retail and institutional spaces.
