Although Bill 23 has passed, there is still time to submit comments to the government expressing your concerns.

Several of the pieces of legislation and regulations, as well as policies affected by Bill 23, still have consultations underway with deadlines coming up in December. For instance, the consultation on the Proposed amendments to the Greenbelt Area boundary regulation is closing on December 4, 2022.

You can also continue to reach out to your MPP and let them know that you do not support Bill 23 and do not want to pit housing security and the protection of wetlands/farmland against each other. Find your MPP here.
