FoodShare Toronto is currently seeking to fill the position of Community Learning and Engagement Program Manager.

The Community Learning & Engagement (CLE) team facilitates learning experiences about food that centre conversations around power and justice in the food system. This position will manage the CLE program, including its staff, program planning, and budget to deliver effective, engaging, and equity-based food justice programming across Toronto.

Salary: $66,500/year for 37.5 hours per week*
Benefits: four weeks of paid vacation, 1-2 week paid winter shutdown per year,10 paid personal leave per calendar year, 20 paid Wellness/Sick Days per calendar year, extended health benefits with no waiting period, matching TFSA/RRSP after 3 months/successful completion of probation period*
Contract Type: Full-time, indefinite term
Reports to: Director of Advocacy & Programs
Supervise: CLE Senior Coordinator & Educators (the current team is seven people)
Location: Hybrid: Occasional travel (~1x/quarter) to the FoodShare office and other locations is expected until COVID-19 protocols are lifted. Once lifted, this role is expected to operate from the FoodShare office a few days a week and from other sites occasionally, which will be discussed with the supervisor.
