March is Nutrition Month, and this year, Dietitians of Canada are celebrating with the theme Unlock the Potential of Food, Ingredients for a Healthier Tomorrow.

The theme for Nutrition Month 2022 focuses on how dietitians are using their skills and expertise to create sustainable change across the food system.

From food security to food literacy and food sovereignty, to sustainable food choices, and nutrition care and prevention, dietitians are unlocking the potential of food and exploring the key “ingredients” needed to change our food systems for a healthier tomorrow.
