Farm to Cafeteria Canada (F2CC), in partnership with the Whole Kids Foundation, are now accepting applications for the fourth cycle of the Farm to School Canada Grants program!

Delivered directly to schools, Farm to School Canada Grants are valued at up to $10,000 each and are designed to bring more healthy, local foods into school communities. The grants support hands-on food literacy education, including growing, harvesting and cooking food at school, as well as school meal services such as salad bars that allow students to build their own plates.

Since 2016, 133 K-12 schools in 9 provinces and 1 territory have received grants. Sustain Ontario continues to be a proud partner in delivering the Ontario-based grants.

If you’re looking to join these schools for the grant cycle of September 2022-June 2024, review the 2022 Grant Guidelines here.

F2CC will also be hosting webinars with a step-by-step review of the grant application:

Applications must be submitted using the online form by end of day Monday, January 31, 2022. ***The deadline has been extended to February 18, 2022.***
