Registration is open for Meal Exchange’s 2021 National Student Food Summit, Students Leading Change: Addressing food insecurity through policy, taking place on November 5th and 6th.

For this year’s virtual Summit, Meal Exchange is inviting students from across the country to hear from inspiring speakers, discuss how to create systemic change to address food insecurity, and attend skill-building workshops. View the Summit’s agenda and speakers here.

Meal Exchange shares: “Prior to COVID-19, nearly 40% of post-secondary students in Canada were experiencing food insecurity and the pandemic has only since exacerbated and highlighted this serious issue. As we begin the journey of recovery from the pandemic, this summit is an opportunity for us to have timely and crucial conversations about rebuilding a future where no student goes hungry.”
