Our friends in New Brunswick Food For All NB have released a new resource, An Eater’s Guide to Climate Action.

The guide was created to deepen the conversation on climate change through a ‘food lens.’ Food For All NB shares that the goal is to provide a more nuanced understanding of how food systems impact climate change and how they can be used as levers for positive change.

“I have always believed in the power of food. Food is deeply social and cultural. Food brings us together. Food connects us to the land and to one another,” Director Laura Reinsborough shares in the Guide. “Food can also be a source of conflict and concern. Currently, our food systems contribute to climate change because of the many ways that we produce, control, distribute, and consume food. It doesn’t have to be this way. Our food systems can be part of the solution.”
