Ecosource is currently hiring for two positions in Peel Region, a Community Gardens Education Coordinator and an Urban Agriculture Coordinator.

The Community Gardens Education Coordinator will support education, engagement, and food access for residents at community garden sites across the Region of Peel. This position is a full-time, 9-month contract at 35 hours per week, with the possibility of extension dependent on funding.

The Urban Agriculture Coordinator will support the Peel Local Food Literacy in Action Project, which increases opportunities for Peel residents to connect with nature, and understand their impact on the local food system through hands-on learning and action projects. This is also a full-time, 9-month contract at 35 hours per week, with the possibility of extension dependent on funding.

The salary for both positions is in the mid $40,000’s, prorated to the length of the contract and commensurate with experience.
