The Jesuit Forum for Social Faith and Justice is hosting a panel discussion on Indigenous food sovereignty on Wednesday, February 17, from 4:30 – 6 p.m. EST.

The panel, Food Matters: Growing Relationships through Indigenous Food Sovereignty, will explore ways we can support and advance Indigenous sovereignty together, and how Indigenous food sovereignty movements seek to address questions of justice, food sovereignty & ecological regeneration, with speakers:

  • Dawn Morrison, Founder of Working Group on Indigenous Food Sovereignty
  • Isaac Crosby, Head Hand in Urban Agriculture at Evergreen Toronto
  • Clifford Paul, Moose Management Coordinator at Unama’ki Institute of Natural Resources
