Grey to Green 2020 Conference & Tradeshow is taking place in Toronto from May 28-29, 2020, and is now accepting proposals for presentations and workshops!

Grey to Green 2020 has provided the information below:

The conference will highlight new policy, design practices, research and innovative products in the green infrastructure sector. The goal is to help inform the current policy debate by making a case for the rapid and significant increase in green infrastructure investment, a trend that’s occurring worldwide.

This year, Grey to Green will highlight the economic impacts of climate change adaptation such as flooding and the urban heat island. Quantifying green infrastructure performance helps us understand the myriad benefits of green infrastructure and determine their economic value, a crucial step in expanding public and private investments in the use of these technologies.

Grey to Green 2020 is now accepting proposals for presentations and workshops that focus on the following topics:

  • Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation
  • Resilience Planning
  • Stormwater Management and Flooding
  • Green Infrastructure and Human Health
  • Biophilic Design
  • Urban Heat Island Related Studies
  • Climate and Social Justice
  • Urban Agriculture and Food Production
  • Economic Analysis’s / Green Infrastructure Accounting
  • Policy and Design Case Studies
  • Green Infrastructure and Solar Integration Studies

The application deadline is January 20, 2020, at 11:59 pm.
