“Nourish is a nation-wide network of innovators in institutional food service. One of the projects that Nourish has been working on, is creating buying tools that incorporate social, environmental and economic sustainability into the calculation for the institutional procurement of local foods. They will be introducing Forward Food Contracting and Negotiated Request For Proposal, and providing a hands-on introduction to the tools and how to use them, as well as sharing successes.”
