The Local Food and Farm Co-ops (LFFC) is currently accepting proposals for a Central Northern Regional Coordinator based in Thunder Bay or nearby.

The coordinator will provide value chain coordination to develop opportunities in the Thunder Bay and First Nations communities that existing resources have not been able to meet.

The RFP is open to organizations or consultants with expertise in project development in their regional (northern Ontario) food and farming sector, and a network of contacts and partners in their region.

Budget for this contract is in a range of $8000-10,000, allocated commensurate with experience. There is potential for extension in 2020 depending on funding.

Those interested should learn more on the LFFC website here.

Proposals must be submitted by 5 p.m. on July 31, 2019.
