Enrol now in Fresh from the Farm, Healthy Fundraising for Ontario Schools

Another school year has come to a close, but some Ontario schools are already thinking ahead and enrolling in the popular Fresh from the Farm Fundraiser for the start of the next school year!
School champions can enrol until September 27, 2019, for a November delivery.
The fundraiser provides schools with the great opportunity to raise funds by selling fresh local fruit and vegetables to the community (the schools make 40% profit on sales), while also promoting healthy eating and supporting Ontario farmers.
Since 2013, 1,165 Ontario schools have participated in the fundraiser and have collectively distributed over 2.7 M pounds of fresh, Ontario-grown fruit and vegetables!
Fresh from the Farm is a collaborative initiative between the Ontario Ministry of Education, the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the Ontario Fruit and Vegetable Growers’ Association, and Dietitians of Canada.
