Do you want to learn more about the organic certification process and how it can affect your farm business?

Canadian Organic Growers (COG) is offering their Introduction to Organic Certification webinar again on Wednesday, December 5 from 4-6 p.m. Registration costs $25.

The 2-hour webinar will help attendees understand the differences between non-organic and certified organic farming systems, while providing the confidence and knowledge to start the certification process. Plenty of time will be included for questions and discussion on how to operate a productive certified organic farm.

The webinar will cover:

  • Crop rotation
  • Weed and pest management

  • The business case for organic certification
