Who is Eat Local Grey Bruce?

  • Eat Local Grey Bruce is a co-op of 30+ farmers!
  • They deliver healthy, locally grown food right to your door
  • Producers offer frozen meat, refrigerated dairy, veggies, bread, fruits, and preserved goods.
  • They also buy additional items from the Ontario Natural Food Coop and other suppliers to increase what Eat Local can offer.

How does this happen? How does it work?

  • Members order food online
  • Orders can be fully customizable
  • No regular commitment is necessary
  • You can use the online store, it is open for shopping between Wednesday noon and Monday noon the following week.
  • After closing on Monday, the orders are sent to producers who then bring their items to the warehouse the following day.
  • On Wednesday and Thursday, orders are assembled and delivered to customers homes or drop-off locations.
  • All orders are packed in our Eat Local insulated reusable bags.
  • Insulated bags are exchanged with the delivery of your next order.

Eat Local Grey Bruce focuses on healthy food grown by member farmers of the community and other suppliers. The member farmers benefit from thmarketing, selling, packaging and delivering of their produce and prepared foods. You- the customer benefit as the co-operative brings healthy, locally produced food to you in a cost-effective way weekly!
