BFH 2015 Feast and Keynote poster PUBLICEveryone will want to dig in at the Feast of Local Flavours at Bring Food Home! Join us for this special event on November 21st, as well as the conference keynote address “Flavour Matters”, delivered by award-winning journalist and author Mark Schatzker.

The Feast of Local Flavours features 10 of the Greater Sudbury Area’s most exciting chefs and producers dedicated to healthy, sustainable foods and beverages. Get ready to taste delicious dishes from Culgin’s Creative Cuisine, Garden’s Gate Restaurant, Helvi’s Catering, The Townehouse, Cafe Petite Gateau, Oh My Bakeshop, The Motley Kitchen, Verdicchio Ristorante, Co-op Boreal and College Boreal! The feast will take place at the College Boreal, Ontario’s only Francophone chef training school.

Tickets are on sale now. Each admission fee comes with 7 tickets valued at $3 each. Attendees will provide culinary artisans either 1 or 2 tickets depending on the value of the dish.

This event is open to the public! Come one, come all. Let’s celebrate Sudbury’s local food and farming community.
