Are you a student or new professional interested in pursuing a nutrition or food-related career? If so, the Ontario Public Health Association (OPHA) and the Nutrition Resource Centre invite you to join them in Toronto at the Health-in-All-Policies (HiAP) 2014 Networking Soirée:

  • March 6, 2014
  • 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
  • Twenty Toronto Street Conferences and Events (20 Toronto Street, 2nd Floor)

Following the Health in All Policies: Advancing an Intersectoral Approach to Promoting Healthy Eating in Ontario conference, the networking event has been organized by the OPHA’s New Professionals Working Group and is sponsored by Public Health Ontario. This relaxed evening of networking and informal mentorship with some of Ontario’s most influential nutrition & public health leaders is your opportunity to speak with health leaders and connect with like-minded peers.

Some of the leaders include:

  • Dr. David Jenkins MD PhD DSc, Professor, Department of Nutritional Sciences, University of Toronto
  • Kori Kosta RD, Dietitian, West Durham Family Health Team
  • Carol Timmings RN MEd, Chief Nursing Officer, Toronto Public Health

Please visit Eventbrite to order your ticket ($5.00 for non-OPHA members, or free to OPHA members and conference registrants).

Light refreshments will be provided.
