Provincially licensed meat plants have a well-earned reputation for safe food.  The Ontario government is proposing changes to Ontario Regulation 31/05 (Meat) to address industry concerns, clarify requirements and make it work for operators without compromising food safety. Your input is important.  Participate in the discussions and provide your comments and feedback on the proposed changes.
