If you missed the February Dig-In webinar, here’s your chance to watch the recording! We had a great presentation entitled “Food Hubs: The Missing Link for Farm to School” from Julia Erlbaum, Founder and Principle Consultant at Real Food Colorado. Julia discussed the necessary components for launching a food hub, various models of food hubs that exist including ‘virtual hubs’, a school-based food hub project in Weld County, Colorado, and took questions from participants.
