“Protecting Rights: Building Solidarity” is an upcoming workshop on migrant labour and immigration issues taking place on April 5 & 6 in Toronto. It is being hosted by a coalition of labour and community organizations in Ontario.

The main goal of this event is to bring together advocates, unions, experts, community organizations and allies who are committed to protecting and strengthening the rights of newcomers to our province’s labour market. Through speakers and participatory sessions, participants will examine the impact of current policies, explore solutions and develop strategies for joint action.

The workshop is free but pre-registration is required. You may click on the attached image to open the event poster.

Location: Metro Hall, Plenary Room 308 & 309
55 John Street, Toronto
