My Sustainable Canada is hosting an online panel discussion on “Navigating International Trade Agreements and Buy-Local Policies in Canada” Monday, March 4, from 1 p.m. – 2:15 p.m.

They will look at how international trade agreements affect buy-local and sustainable purchasing policies in Canada,  how the Canada-EU Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA) will change this if it is ratified, and how procurement leaders across the country are navigating these agreements to fulfill their purchasing goals.

The primary target audience is procurement officials in government (i.e.: Municipalities, Provincial Ministries, Federal Departments) and public institutions (i.e.: Healthcare, School Boards, Colleges/Universities, Correctional Facilities).
