Local Organic Food Co-ops Network is hosting a one-day “Communication for Effective Co-operation” workshop on Monday, February 25, from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The workshop will look at strategies that you can use within your co-operative to help transform conflict into greater understanding, connection and effectiveness, as well as tools and skills to ease group process and enhance group decision-making at the board or membership level.
Glenda Mattinson, an internationally certified Communication Trainer, will be hosting the workshop, looking at some key techniques for transforming conflict into cooperation.
