A series of innovative talks on issues related to health, infrastructure, energy, land use, and the environment will be held at the Evergreen Brick Works every Tuesday from September 11 to October 9th at 7-9pm.

Check out Food is a Trip, a talk about the challenge of reducing the overall cost and distance traveled associated with the transportation of food. In this talk, The Charrette team was asked to design an urban agriculture network that supports local farming using a sustainable transportation and distribution system. The team analyzed current systems of food service delivery and how they impact our choices within the food market. Tickets are 10$ per lecture, or 40$ for all 5 talks. For more information about the series and to purchase tickets, visit http://ebw.evergreen.ca/move/calendar/innovation-talks.
