Students passionate about food issues on and off campus: join Meal Exchange for the National Student Food Summit at Hart House at the University of Toronto, Friday August 17th to Sunday August 19th. This year’s theme is The Future of Food on Campus. It’s going to be a dynamic and transformative 3 days!

We have a great mix of sessions including panels, presentations and student-led discussions. A little taste of what’s planned:
•  The unveiling of the National Student Food Charter that was started at last year’s Summit
•  Challenges and Opportunities in Campus-Community Food Projects
•  Bringing the National Student Food Charter to your campus
As well, this year we have some great new experiential learning locations planned, including:
•  Not Far From the Tree
•  The Fairmont Royal York
•  The U of T Sky Garden

If you are or if you know a student who is keen and passionate about food  issues both on and off campus, and would be interested  in attending, please check out the Summit’s website at www.studentfoodsummit.ca. Registration is only open until Friday, August 10th.
