Sandi Trillo is a PhD student in Environmental Studies at York University and a consultant with Vision Management Services.   She interviewed a number of actors in the health sector who were involved in changing tobacco regulations about what was successful and what lessons could be learned by healthy food advocates.  She has written a report summarized in this 20 minute presentation.
