On Monday April 2nd, Simcoe County Farm Fresh is hosting an exciting day of events aimed at connecting all those involved in the regional food system.  This includes farmers, producers, wineries, breweries, chefs, restaurateurs, food buyers, retailers, food distributors, abattoirs, processors, public & private sector institutions, food service professionals, and the economic and tourism sectors.

The pre-registration cost is $12, or $25 at the door.  Trade show tables are also available for $30 (though space is limited).

On the Agenda 

Throughout the day – B2B Networking Trade Show.
This is your chance to meet and mingle with stakeholders in the local food value chain. You can book a table to show off your products, services and what you have to offer. (Tables will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis)

9 – 10:30 AM – A facilitated workshop lead by Suzanne Ainley, COAC Management Club Coordinator. Discover what the Farm Fresh Management Club will do and how we’ll work and learn together to improve each other’s business practices and farm sustainability.

About Simcoe County Farm Fresh:

Simcoe County Farm Fresh Marketing Association was formed as a grass-roots organization in 2005 and incorporated as a non-profit corporation in 2007. The association is made up of area farmers, farmers’ markets, restaurants and includes other community partners in the health field, food security, government, tourism and economic development. All have an interest in raising the awareness of the availability of locally grown food.  Simcoe County Farm Fresh strives to develop partnerships and deliver services that help more local food appear on local plates.
