Spinach in February? No problem! This introductory-level webinar is directed toward new and small scale farmers interested in extending their growing season through hoop house cultivation – with no added heat.
We will explore elements of hoop house construction and cultivation, what crops are best suited for winter hoop house production, and how to avoid problems along the way. Participants will come away with a basic understanding of what season extension using hoop houses can achieve, and will discover what resources to access for further research.
