Every Second Tuesday from January 11–May 17, 2011, 6–9pm at Evergreen Brick Works

This workshop series brings Ontario growers, farmers, producers, chefs, restaurateurs, activists and writers together with local foodies to share a delicious meal, good company and personal insights into food issues that matter.

Workshops include hands-on, interactive cooking demonstrations, discussions exploring important issues for the modern food movement, and the enjoyment of the meal you’ve created with fellow participants and facilitators.

The series runs every other Tuesday in the Centre for Green Cities. Each workshop will be facilitated by two food experts and hosted by Arlene Stein, Program Director at Evergreen Brick Works.

Funds raised through the series will help support children’s educational food programs at Evergreen Brick Works.
