Everdale is hiring farmers. One position is a permanent year-around position, and two positions are seasonal (April through to the end of November) and potentially long-term. The positions are appropriate for those who want to build on their organic farming skills and gain experience in organic farm management.

Each farmer will have her/his own areas of responsibility on the farm for which they will be trained and supported by Everdale’s farm manager. Specific responsibilities will be determined once we have filled all three positions, and will depend upon the capacities and interests of each farmer and the needs of the farm.

Farmers at Everdale also teach, train, supervise and work alongside participants in our Organic Farming Certificate (OFC) farm internship program.

Everdale is a registered non-profit educational farm and learning centre. We are looking for candidates who are inspired by Everdale’s mission and who are excited at the prospect of being actively engaged in our work.
