A new report commissioned as part of the Ontario Orchard and Vineland transition strategy and overseen by the Vineland Research and Innovation Centre, outlines a steady decline in market share for fruit producers in the province. This critical issue is related the erosion of local food infrastructure in the province. Stay tuned for more on this when the Metcalf Food Solutions papers are released later in April.
