Sustain Ontario members The Food School (Centre Wellington District High School, Fergus), the Toronto Food Policy Council, and The Stop (Toronto) get featured in the Globe and Mail in a wonderful article on the importance of cooking and food skills. The article uses the national Slow Food meeting held over the weekend to highlight a growing interest across the country to eat home-cooked, simple, locally produced meals.
