Cooler Solutions, a Toronto-based design and innovation company has released its latest open-source project: “Design for Change: Eating Sustainably”. This is a free open-source report created as a resource for those who are engaged in issues surrounding our food system.

In sharing this report, Cooler Solutions hopes to contribute in a meaningful way to the discussions surrounding food sustainability. Data collected relied on ethnographic research methods, connecting a team of experts to consumers, allowing them to form a deep understanding of their needs and barriers. Furthermore, the report outlines practical design principles that Cooler Solutions hope others will find useful in eliciting healthier, more environmentally sustainable consumer behaviours.
